1. The KidFirst service
KidFirst provides family-centered digital tools and educational resources intended to help parents, co-parents, caregivers, and trusted adults organize shared family information. Features may change as the service develops.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter an agreement to create a KidFirst account. KidFirst is intended for adults and is not designed for children to create or independently manage accounts.

7. Not legal, medical, or emergency advice
KidFirst is an organizational and educational service. It is not a law firm, medical provider, therapist, emergency service, or substitute for professional advice. Information in KidFirst does not replace a court order, parenting plan, professional recommendation, or emergency procedure.

8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and shared. By using KidFirst, you acknowledge those practices.
9. Third-party services
KidFirst may use or link to third-party platforms, authentication providers, app stores, analytics services, or websites. Third-party services have their own terms and policies, and KidFirst is not responsible for services it does not control.
10. Availability and changes

11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using KidFirst and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address violations, security risks, legal requirements, prolonged inactivity, or harm to users or the service.
12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KidFirst is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KidFirst will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limits, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
